MasterYourDiet primarily sells digital products, including ebooks, meal guides, recipe collections, meal-prep guides, planners and other downloadable resources.
Unless a product page specifically states otherwise, no physical product will be shipped.
Digital Delivery
After your payment has been successfully completed, your digital product will be delivered electronically.
Access may be provided through:
- The order confirmation page
- A download link
- Another digital delivery method shown during checkout
Most MasterYourDiet products are designed to be available immediately after purchase.
No Physical Shipping
Because our products are digital:
- No parcel will be shipped
- No shipping carrier is required
- No shipping address is needed for delivery of the digital product, except where Shopify or a payment provider requires billing information
- No shipping fees apply unless explicitly stated otherwise on the product page
Didn't Receive Your Download?
If you cannot find your digital product after purchase:
- Check your spam or junk folder
- Check your promotions folder
- Confirm that you used the correct email address during checkout
- Check your order confirmation page for a download link
If you still cannot access your purchase, contact us at:

Incorrect Email Address

Download and Device Responsibility
Once your product is available, you are responsible for:
- Downloading the file
- Saving a copy to your device
- Using compatible software or a device capable of opening the supplied file format
Most MasterYourDiet guides are provided in PDF or another commonly supported digital format.
Delivery Delays
Although digital products are normally available immediately, temporary delays may occur because of:
- Payment processing
- Email delivery issues
- Shopify or third-party service interruptions
- Technical errors outside our reasonable control

Digital Product Licence
Digital delivery provides you with access to the product for your own personal use.
Purchasing a MasterYourDiet product does not give permission to:
- Resell the file
- Redistribute it
- Share the download link publicly
- Upload the product to file-sharing platforms
- Provide copies to other people
- Use the product for unauthorized commercial resale
