Refund policy
Digital Products
MasterYourDiet sells digital products, including downloadable ebooks, guides, meal plans, recipe collections, planners and other digital resources.
Because digital products can be delivered and accessed immediately after purchase, they cannot be physically returned.
Immediate Digital Delivery
By purchasing a digital product and requesting or agreeing to immediate access, you agree that delivery of the digital content may begin immediately.
Where applicable by law, you will be asked to expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that once digital delivery or download begins, you may lose your statutory right to cancel the purchase during the normal cooling-off period.
Change of Mind
Once a digital product has been delivered, downloaded or accessed, we generally do not provide refunds simply because:
- You changed your mind
- You no longer want the product
- You did not use the product
- You purchased the wrong guide
- You expected a physical product when the product page clearly stated that it was digital
- You did not read the product description before purchasing
This does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
When We May Provide a Refund
Please contact us if:
- You were charged more than once for the same product
- You received the wrong digital product
- The download file is materially defective or unusable
- You cannot access the product because of a problem on our side and we are unable to provide a working replacement
- The product was materially different from what was described on the product page
We may first attempt to resolve the issue by providing a replacement file, corrected download link or technical assistance.

If you do not receive your digital product, please check your spam, junk and promotions folders.

UK and European Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
For qualifying digital content supplied immediately, applicable UK and European consumer rules may allow the normal cancellation right to end once supply begins where the customer has expressly requested immediate supply and acknowledged the loss of the cancellation right.
If those legal requirements have not been satisfied, your statutory cancellation rights may still apply.
Approved Refunds
If we approve a refund, it will normally be returned to the original payment method.
Processing time after approval depends on your bank, card issuer or payment provider.
